Chat Liyily is a calm nighttime environment, so please maintain polite and ethical behavior suitable for all ages and groups.
- Use appropriate and respectable language
- Do not use profane or obscene words even in jest
- Do not insult religions or national symbols
- Avoid content that violates public morals
Privacy and Confidentiality
Respecting the privacy of others is a red line at Chat Liyily.
- Do not publish personal data of any member without their consent
- Do not circulate private photos or information of members
- Do not approach female members in private chats without permission
- Do not record or photograph voice rooms without explicit permission
No Spamming or Harassment
To maintain quality atmosphere, repeating messages or excessive use of sounds/emojis is prohibited.
- Do not send the same message repeatedly
- Do not use excessive amounts of emojis in every message
- Do not make annoying sounds in voice rooms
- Do not send multiple private messages to someone who hasn't replied
🚫 Prohibited Content
Sexual and Pornographic Content
Publishing or circulating any content that violates public decency is absolutely prohibited.
- Pornographic or sexually explicit photos and videos
- Links leading to indecent websites
- Sexual nature conversations or suggestive references
- Attempts to meet for unethical purposes
Racism and Hate Speech
We are a unified Arab community, and there is no place for any form of racism or discrimination.
- No discrimination between members based on nationality, religion, or race
- Do not publish content that promotes hate or division
- Do not insult any Arab or Islamic country or its symbols
- Focus on what unites us, not what divides us
Advertising and Marketing
Using Chat Liyily as a platform for unauthorized commercial advertising is prohibited.
- Do not publish links to other sites for commercial purposes
- Do not market products or services without prior coordination
- Do not promote competing chat platforms

Safety and Protection
Protecting the platform and members from any harmful attempts.
- Do not share harmful links or virus programs
- Do not attempt to hack member accounts or data
- Do not spy on or stalk any member
- Immediately report any suspicious attempts to management
⚖️ Procedures and Penalties
⚠️ Penalty Degrees
Management applies graduated degrees of penalties based on the severity and frequency of the violation:
- Verbal Warning: Initial alert from room moderators to the violator.
- Temporary Kick: Removing the user from the room for a period ranging from 1 hour to 24 hours.
- Temporary Ban: Preventing the user from entering all rooms for a period from 3 days to 2 weeks.
- Permanent Ban: Permanent ban without possibility of return, applied to serious and repeated violations.
Cases requiring immediate permanent ban:
- Publishing pornographic or sexually explicit content
- Physical threats or blackmail against any member
- Attempting to hack the platform or distributing viruses
- Explicit racism or insulting religions and symbols
- Repeating violations more than 3 times after warnings
🛡️ Role of Management and Moderators
Chat Liyily management and room moderators work around the clock to ensure these rules are enforced. Their powers include:
- Monitoring all text and voice rooms 24/7
- Warning violators and applying appropriate penalties
- Receiving and investigating complaints from members
- Monitoring content and ensuring it's free of violations
All management decisions are final and no discussion will be accepted. If you feel there was a mistake, you can submit a complaint via abuse@chatliyily.chat and it will be reviewed fairly.
📝 Reporting Violations
Your help is very important in maintaining a beautiful atmosphere. If you notice any violation:
- Contact a room moderator if one is present
- Or send a detailed email to: abuse@chatliyily.chat
- The report should include: violator's name, type of violation, screenshots if possible
- Your report will be handled confidentially and appropriate action will be taken
